How billing works

Billing
Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You can start, change, or cancel a paid plan from inside the app.
Starting a paid plan
- Go to Settings -> Billing (or visit the Pricing page).
- Choose the plan that fits your needs.
- Complete checkout. Depending on the setup, checkout either opens in a secure Stripe page or appears inside the app.
Managing your subscription
From Settings -> Billing you can:
- See your current plan and renewal date
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices
- Cancel your subscription (it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for)
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated by Stripe so you only pay for what you use.
A note on dates
Renewal and invoice dates are shown in your chosen timezone and date format. Set those in Settings -> Profile if they look unfamiliar.
