Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OpsForge, the operations platform for marketing and advertising agencies. By signing up, you agree to them. Please read them in full.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and using OpsForge for a business or agency to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Authorised access only.Only invite clients and request access to accounts you are authorised to manage. You must have the client's permission to connect their platforms, and you may use the access they grant only to deliver services to that client.
• Do not use OpsForge for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs.
• Comply with the terms of every platform you connect (for example Google's API and advertising policies). Misusing connected data is grounds for suspension.
• Respect the limits of your plan. We may throttle or suspend accounts that repeatedly exceed fair-use thresholds.

Plans and billing

Plans are based on how many clients you connect (Free, Lite, Pro, Unlimited). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Lifetime Deal (LTD) purchases are one-time payments that grant the listed features for the lifetime of the product.

Some Lifetime Deal (LTD) plans require you to bring your own AI API key to use optional AI features. Because LTD is a one-time payment with no ongoing subscription revenue, OpsForgecannot absorb unlimited AI token costs on your behalf. Where a plan requires it, you add at least one provider API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI) in Settings › AI Providers. Your key is used solely to power your own requests and is never shared with other users.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. LTD purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

Company and billing entity

OpsForge is operated by Apptimistic Pty Ltd, an Australian company. When you purchase a subscription or Lifetime Deal, the charge on your bank statement or card will appear as Apptimistic. This is expected - Apptimistic Pty Ltd is the legal entity behind OpsForge, and Stripe processes the payment on our behalf. If you have any billing questions, contact us at hello@opsforge.agency.

Ownership of your data

You and your clients retain all rights to your data and the accounts you connect. We claim no ownership over it. You grant us a limited licence to access and store the connection data and tokens solely to deliver the service. The access a client grants belongs to that client and may be revoked at any time.

Third-party services

OpsForge connects to third-party platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and more over time) through their official APIs. Billing runs on Stripe. Authentication uses a managed PostgreSQL provider. Each provider has its own terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer

OpsForgeis provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any connected third-party platform, since that access depends on each provider and on your client's authorisation. Use your judgement before relying on connected data for important decisions.
