A Google Maps powered prospecting tool that finds local businesses with dated, non-mobile-friendly sites and builds a compliant outreach list.
A web agency wanted to sell redesigns to local businesses, but finding the right prospects was manual: search a suburb, open site after site, judge each one by eye.
Cold email in Australia is restricted. You can only email an address that is published on the business's own website, which is inferred consent. A scraped list from anywhere else is a compliance risk.
We built a scraper on the Google Maps API. The agency enters a location (postcode or suburb) and an industry (for example audiologists), and the tool pulls every matching business.
Each website is then audited for signs it needs work: dated design, not mobile friendly, and other issues. Only the business email addresses publicly listed on the site are kept, so the list stays within inferred consent.
The output is a targeted list that records what is wrong with each website, so the first email can open with a specific, true observation instead of a generic pitch.
Pick a postcode or suburb and an industry.
The Google Maps API returns every matching local business and its website.
Sites are checked for dated design and mobile-friendliness problems.
Only addresses listed on the business's own website are captured.
A targeted list with the specific issues found per site, ready for outreach.
A filter-and-draft pipeline that surfaces only the Upwork jobs worth bidding on, early, with the proposal already drafted.
The agency's proven SOPs, templates and VA workflows, turned into an AI system where the AI does the task and a human reviews it.
An AI-assisted workflow for your PR journey, taking the guesswork and the manual grind out of earning media coverage.
Bulk withdraw pending sent invitations older than a set number of days, something LinkedIn has no native way to do.
